PicBidder collects the contact details, job description, and photos you submit to request an estimate. These are available to the business receiving your request and the agency operating its PicBidder account.

How your information is used

Your submission is used to review the job, prepare an estimate, and contact you about that request. Setup inquiries are used to arrange installation of the widget. Please do not upload identification documents, financial records, or other sensitive information.

When email alerts are enabled, GoHighLevel receives the business owner’s email, business name, request identifier, photo count, and a protected inbox link to notify the business. The alert does not include your photos or contact details.

Your photos and estimate link

Job photos are available through the protected business inbox. Your private estimate link lets anyone who has it view the customer-facing estimate, so share it carefully.

Contact and deletion requests

Contact the business you submitted your request to if you need to correct or remove your information. The business can contact its agency administrator for assistance.

The interactive demo does not transmit or save your entries or photos.
